Dr.T.G.Arul is a distinguished academician, prolific researcher, and innovation-driven educator with 28 years of experience in Engineering Education and Applied Research. He completed his B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Annamalai University, M.Tech. in Energy Systems Engineering from VIT Vellore, and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. His academic and research contributions span diverse fields including New Product Development, Thermal Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing Processes.

He has published 28 research papers in reputed international journals, including SCI-indexed publications, and presented over Scopus indexed papers at international journals. He has also authored 2 book chapters and successfully completed 7 R&D patterns included with national level Granted Certified pattern.

Under his leadership, more companies conduct recruitment drives annually, His accolades include the Best Project Award, the Best Performing 100% Anna University exam result Award, and multiple Best Department Awards for his academic and industry-linked excellence.
